They came to check to see if my pool that Swimming Pools of Tupelo9 they bought out Modern Pool and Spa in Columbus, MS in Feb. 2014) installed was level. They told me that Swimming Pools of Tupelo insatlled the wrong pool and it was not level. It was not safe to swim in and it would collapse.

Pool edge on one side had dropped down due to ground sinking and cement coming apart. Cement was taken out , edge of pool shimmed up , steps in pool was replaced and also new liner installed. Professional work and done what he said he would do. Repaired cement walk around two sides and installed...

We have been using them for seven years. They are very professional. Anytime we have had problems they have worked us in and solved our problem. They do a tremendous job.

I wrote a review on them before and as soon as I wrote that review, their company had a 180 degree change.  I would like to think of it that way because it was not too long after I wrote that, their service and attitude got better.  The people who were not able to do the job no longer work...

I provided my water sample, which they immediately tested.  After recent rains, I needed to add some chemicals to my pool.  What I didn't already have at home, they had in stock.  They are always very friendly and helpful without being pushy or putting any pressure on me to buy things I do not...

It was expensive, but they did a good job. They are the ones that put our pool in and we had issues with that, but they have been servicing our pool for us since. They don't come out when you need them right away, but it may be because they only have one service repair employee.
