"Contractor gave me a written estimate and specified how and what he was going to do. One item was to pressure wash all wood surfaces to be painted. They actual did more pressure washing than specified, after removing all porch furniture they pressure washed the concrete porch floors including the concrete car port floor at no charge. When done they placed all furniture back on the porches. J & K completed the job on time and at estimated cost. They never left a mess, always cleaned up before leaving at the end of the day. I am very happy with this contractor and have recommended them to my neighbor and will recommend them to anyone who asks."
