She was awesome to work with and understood what I needed done and the time in which I needed the work done. She scheduled Mark Thomas, to inspect the scope of work, for the same afternoon. Mark was there at the appointed time and went way beyond in inspecting the HVAC systems and ducts. He is extremely knowledgeable and I felt I could trust his recommendations. I really wanted to hire them but after the mold specialist did his inspection, later that afternoon, we found we had a more serious problem that needs to addressed immediately. When we need to have our HVAC systems replaced, we will definitely call Global Central Air Services."

"What a terrible week! First the washing machine motor burned out then BOTH hot water heaters went out simultaneously. We thought it might be a problem with the gas connection.....but the gas company came out and inspected and said "no - gas is getting to the house - it's the units". Here it was, 1545 on a Friday afternoon, and I just KNEW we were out of luck trying to get a service call. Boy, was I WRONG!
