He was able to give me a material list and bidding price that was $2000 less than I expected it would cost me. I was amazed at how much difference everyday made. My patio is enclosed now with a gorgeous flake and epoxy floor. J and A Handymen also made a beautiful custom door. My screened in patio also needed ceiling fans and clean white metal roof. I sent Daniel a message on Angie's List, he replied to the message (that night) and he called me the next day.  He came over and gave me a quote and the following day they did the job.  They were very professional, very skilled, very quick and their equipment looks very advance, therefore they had no hiccups in the job process. The work was excellent.  Normally when someone pressure washed my house, they would be here all day, sometimes equipment failure, and not do an excellent job. I will be calling him next spring to wash my house.
