"Dan showed up on time and was very polite and appeared to be very knowledgeable.  Early in the inspections he asked us if we planned to do any renovations and we said "yes."  That is where things went wrong.  Although he still did what seemed to be a thorough inspection he spent a lot of time going on and on and on about the evils of Fiberglass insulation and suggesting to us that we hire someone he knows to come out and do work to make sure no fibers were making it into the main part of the house.   He was very slow getting the report back to us and when it did come it contained several pages again about the cancer causing properties of fiber glass.  Its clear that he has a lot of passion and concern around the fact that people still broadly use something that could cause cancer but in my mind it crosses the line when he starts recommending people to come out and remove it - I would go so far as to cause that a conflict of interest for a home inspector.  We have now moved into the house and have discovered that he missed some very basic things which we are now having to get fixed (dryer vent broken and clogged, oven door falling off, light switches not working) and on the other side he raised issues that did not exist such as telling us we had galvanized pipe when we do not.  In the end there were al lot of valid items in the report but we are left with an unsettling feeling of being not exactly sure what we got.

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

He even worked to match the color and texture -- so the new siding would match the old. He was professional, prompt, and pleasant to work with. I would definitely hire him again. "Roger and his crew did excellent work. Each day started early and worked into the late afternoons (M-F). My project for new vinyl siding took about 12 working days to install that included the chimney exterior wooden structure being rebuilt due to some rot. They also installed two new cypress posts I provided and sealed to replace my older ones (2). Every evening his crew (Roger was on-site every day except for one) put up their equipment and did a clean sweep of the area. The craftsmanship was excellent and we are really enjoying our selection in siding. I would highly recommend using Roger for anyone considering putting siding. He also represents high quality vinyl windows at a very reasonable price, though I had them under contract with another company. Roger was easily accessible via phone and text.
