They called to let me know they were on the wat and arrived in a timely manner. They did have to leave to get a part, but the repair was quickly done and everything was discussed/explained thoroughly.

M&M showed up on time, were very professional, and resolved a complicated wiring issue in less than an hour. They only didn't get a full 5 stars because the price was a little steep for less than an hours worth of work. However they did give me a quote for additional work I'd like done in the future which was very reasonable.

I was concerned about compliance with electric code. The job encountered a defective ground fault outlet within 6-ft of my washing machine. To meet Code a ground fault outlet is necessary. Only a regular outlet was installed.

"The outlet in question was for a washing machine. It is not code to put a gfi on a washing machine, in fact most of the time a washing machine will trip a gfi you will end up resetting the gfi over and over and it will fail just like the old one did. A gfi is never used to run anything with a motor. This can be confirmed by contacting the local building inspector. I contacted this customer and advised him to contact our local building inspector and confirm that I am being truthful with him. It is code to use a gfi within 6 ft of a water source but not when you will be plugging a washing machine into it."

Very prompt and thorough service to troubleshoot circuits that were not working properly. They found the problem quickly and had it repaired in short order. Well informed and very knowledgeable.
