"I reached out to A Kut Above Tree Services after researching several highly regarded services along the Gulf Coast. I decided to support the business closest to me- an excellent choice! We highly recommend a Kut Above Tree Service as the tree work was done beautifully AND, just as important, the office communication was prompt, professional and friendly. Dale & his associates were a great team. They had all the professional equipment needed to get the job done, and haul away the tree limbs. The quoted price seemed spot-on based upon my internet searching. The work included: removing several limbs from a treasured live oak tree that were hanging over the driveway & carport roof. Really appreciated Dale's advice here! Removing a young tree and its stump. The tree had grown up too close to the power lines. Great work! We will reach out again then next time we need tree help!"

"Exceptional work. Blake has a well-trained and well supervised crew, all actively involved in getting the job done right. Courteous, respected my property, took extra care to not damage underground lines. They cleaned up afterwards, all debris, raked leaves, and tilled garden so it is replant ready. They even blew off dirt on driveway. Great value for the price!"

"Did a excellent job of clearing some large pines off my property in preparation for a home site. They are honest, reliable, and reasonable priced. Will definitely be using them for any future clearing needs on property as well as installing septic system when I get to that point."

"If you want AAA service you need to hire this business. I had 4 other landscaping business give me a quote for landscaping front and back. 2 never sent in a quote and the other 2 were double the price I paid. Beautiful completed job. In 112 degree heat the workers took their time to make it beautiful."
Unfortunately, some plumbing scenarios, like a broken sewer pipe repair, will require excavation to complete the job. Plumbing excavation costs range from $30 to $70 per cubic foot. However, if you need additional trenching, expect to pay an extra $4 to $12 per linear foot. Keep in mind that these costs are on top of the plumbing repair costs, and they don’t account for labor costs. Consult your excavation specialist to determine an accurate estimate for your job.
The average cost for pool excavation is $2,500. This cost can range from $450 to $4,500, depending on the pool shape and size, time of year, and any need to move buried utilities.
When excavating for your pool, you might have to move existing utilities. You can expect to pay an additional $15 to $25 per linear foot to move gas lines. To move a septic system, it’ll cost an additional $2,000 to $20,000. A pool that is 10 feet by 12 feet averages $450 to excavate, and a 20-foot-by-40-foot pool averages $3,020.
The cost for residential excavation is $3,200 on average, ranging between $50 and $200 per cubic yard. Total costs could range from $500 to $15,000, depending on the project type, yard size, and soil type.
When a project needs an excavator, the contractor will subcontract one as part of the larger project. If you hire an excavation specialist, you can expect to pay between $40 and $180 per hour. When excavating, if you have soil with excessive rocks or clay deposits, expect an additional cost of $200 to $1,200.
On average, removing a tree costs around $750, but you can expect to pay between $200 to $2,000. Factors that impact the overall cost include the number of trees you’re having removed, their height, the diameter of their trunks, permits needed, and the tree’s accessibility. You’ll pay more if the tree is in a hard-to-reach area or dangerous location, like close to power lines.
Yes, you will want to confirm that the tree removal company you hire is insured before proceeding with the job. Tree removal can be dangerous work, and it's important to verify that the company carries the proper insurance to cover any onsite accidents or damage.
