"I did pay the company following the day even though I regret that. We had talked ahead of time on the phone about my top 4 priorities in deep cleaning my elderly mother's home. I have tried to contact them via phone and text after the cleaning to resolve my concerns with no response. The top 4 priorities were: 1. shampoo/clean the 2 carpets (living room & mother's bedroom) - not done 2. deep clean the bathroom - partially done; 3. deep clean kitchen - not done 4. sweep/mop all floors - not done. What was done? In 5 1/2 hours, they dusted/cleaned in the living room which was NOT one of the priorities and partially cleaned the bathroom. They arrived after the appointment time and left in the middle of the day to get the carpet cleaner which was never used. I paid $500 for the deep cleaning and couldn't tell that anything was done when I went to visit my mother the following weekend. I'm very upset that I've been ghosted since payment was completed. "
