I also had tile flooring that was cut too short that needed corner molding put down. I appreciate the communication of date and time which is very important in getting projects. "Evan Clark is an amazing carpenter. He came out and gave a good estimate, and was here by 8:30 am everyday. He finished a 14x14 bedroom and a walk-in closet: drywall, painting, flooring, installed 2 doors. He followed my directions, and didn't try to talk my husband into changing my mind. He rolled with my craftsman theme, made a second level to the ceiling trim to cover the previous carpenter's mistake. It's gorgeous. Kept me appraised of what he was doing everyday, and let me get the materials and pay him by the hour. Evan kept up with his time and stopped me from paying him over when I miscalculated. He is extremely conscientious and I trust him implicitly. He thinks well on his feet, and is good about saving materials. He's coming back to do my kitchen! "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

T The contractor was very nice, on time etc... nothing but good things to say about the person performing the work, however it did not meet the need to drain properly."
