"It went great DJ came over right away took a look at it and had it fixed in minutes. He even made sure my ac was cooling down before he left I highly recommend them. They are great people and actually take pride in what they do. I was in a tough spot waiting on unemployment and he worked with me so that me and my kids weren't burning up in this heat. "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"I have to share this, I had sent a message out on some site where alit of companies get the message of what I thought my problem was. But this one guy from Duncan called me and came right out after church on Sunday. I had stated my air was out and that my mom was on oxygen and I needed to hurry. He came right out because he said when he read about my mom being on oxygen it reminded him of his grandmother. They have very knowledgeable people at this company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would definitely hire them again."
