25 Our old unit went out on Saturday. McDaniel's ordered our new unit on Monday morning and installed it on Wednesday afternoon evening. They stayed until the job was completely done, hauled away all the old unit, and were completely courteous and professional.
This is a disappointment all the way around. First the installers from Kenny's Appliance showed up without a drill and drill bits, so they had to use my tools. I was not at home so they had to go into my tool room to get what they needed. Then they drilled a hole in our cabinet to install...
They were very Professional and showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves -- and hauled away the sacks of debris. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a job well done.
I chose them because their cost was lower than anyone else. They were supposed to haul away the debris from the tree. They got the easy stuff, but left our backyard a mess. There are still some huge pieces of the tree that need to be removed with a machine. The backyard is just a total mess....
