I'm am a very creative artist turned trim carpenter. Worked for myself for 10 years but found a job with a bigger trim company as superintendent over all jobs in progress. I see them through from start to finish responsible for managing 2 or 3 crews of trim carpenters, dealing with builders and clients to ensure that the jobs get done like they imagined them along with making suggestions and changes to ensure they come out better than imagined.
