I have been designing and drawing custom house plans since 1984. I have never advertised my work, yet I have relied solely on word-of-mouth recommendations from satisfied homeowners I have worked for. My mission has always been to work closely with the homeowner, for as long as it takes, to design and customize a plan that "works" for them and they are completely satisfied with. Building a new house is not only a huge investment, but the process can be a very lengthy, confusing, and stressful time for the homeowner. So, to me, the planning stage is a very crucial time and should never be rushed. I feel that it’s my responsibility to do all I can to provide the homeowner with a plan that is customized to fit all their needs. I like to think that with every set of plans I draw, I gain new friends. Seeing the homeowner happy with the results of a plan that I worked with them to create, then seeing that plan transformed into a real house.....is very rewarding.
