We have seasoned employee, contractors and subcontractors with extensive knowledge of the specific field in need. Our initial trip charge for a repair is 75.00 with a 45.00/hr rate on most quick turn hourly jobs. Most of our work is quoted as a complete turn key proposal and not hourly. New construction initial visit usually has no fee. We tackle jobs most contractors shy away from, and use products most contractors don't understand. The products we sell last so much longer, do a better job and cost less to operate therefore we do not have call backs that could cost you more money than the initial investment. We can provide a warranty others do not, such as a two year labor and three year product warranty on most of our equipment. We build it right. Our invoicing depends on the project. If it is hourly its due upon completion. Projects are on a draw basis usually four (4) draws 40%, 40% 15% 5%. This can vary. We are a Specialty Construction Company with in-ground pools and in-ground storm shelters. WE DIG IT!!! 4U.

Wells and Pumps questions, answered by experts

The average life span of a well is about 30 to 50 years. Several factors can affect a well’s lifespan, such as its size, construction quality, water demand, and regular maintenance. Environmental factors, including droughts and earthquakes, can also have an influence. Drilling deeper, getting professional maintenance, and regulating your water usage can help extend your well’s lifespan.

Though sprinkler systems can have varying issues, there are a few common ways to know if the cause is your pump. Signs include cracking or visible damage, leaking from the pump, a pump that won’t turn on, and loud noises coming from your pump. Low or irregular pressure could also point to a pump problem, but there are other causes.

You should have your well inspected once per year. You should also have a well inspection done when you’re buying a house with a private well, when the well cap is opened, when the septic tank is repaired, or when there is flooding.

During your annual visit, a pro will make sure that everything is working correctly and check for certain contaminants, including total coliform. Every other year, they’ll look for things like metals and nitrates, and every five years, they’ll test for pesticides.

Wells vary widely when it comes to lifespan, and there isn’t a way to exactly predict how long a well may last. Some wells can last well beyond 100 years, but they more commonly last between 25 and 50 years. Performing regular maintenance, such as replacing worn valves, can help prolong the life of your well.

Both can deliver clean water to your taps, but well water and city water carry a few differences. City water is delivered and connected through a main water line, and it travels through a network of underground private and public pipes to service various buildings and structures once it’s been treated.

Well water is derived from dug or drilled wells that source groundwater from the water table. City water is often more expensive than well water, but it eliminates the need for you to test and treat your own well water.
