He came and assessed the project and although the temperature was extreme he wisely came out in the cool of the evening, worked until dark and returned the next day to complete the job. "I let him know that I had a problem with the sink in my kitchen dripping.  I also had a small drip in my bathroom sink.  I also had him replace a gasket for the toilet. They ended up charging me an extra $214.25 for the labor and parts in addition to the $39 I already paid that was supposed to also come with a $50 credit.  They also came with no parts on their truck so they had to leave and go to Home Depot to buy the parts.  He said the parts were $58, but I went and priced them afterwards and it was less than they charged me.    Their work was fine, that wasn't a problem, but I think they are very pricey so I cannot afford to use them again in the future."
