Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Very professional group that was a pleasure to have working in my yard I put a lot of work in my yard and they were very respectful of that. Due to the location of some of the trees, there was no way to not damage some plants. I made the choice to sacrifice plants that could be replaced or keep the trees. The trees had to go. They damaged my a/c due to nail holes in my line and claimed it wasn't their fault, had to argue to get my a/c man paid. They tried to add on to my bill for money already being paid by my insurance company to them for paint and decided not to replace materials without my consent that was included with my insurance money, also. Threw materials in my garbage can that I paid for but couldn't ever use again. They still have not given me an itemized bill or statement showing me what I or my insurance company paid for. They were supposed to do gutters but not after all of this. Will NOT use or recommend them."
