"Utilizing All Service Moving for the move was a very positive experience. They had good communication, answering several questions prior to the move and did a final confirmation just prior to the move date. As for the physical move itself, Jose, Abraham, and Alberto were polite, diligent, and careful moving the many items, and managed to complete the move more quickly than anticipated."

The size of the safe will determine the type of dolly that will work best for transporting your gun safe. You will need to ensure it is a heavy-duty appliance dolly made to move heavy items, such as appliances or pianos. Always check the weight of your safe beforehand so you can rent or buy the correct dolly that can withstand its weight.
Moving a washer and dryer can be difficult due to the appliances’ weight and size. If you need to move these appliances up or down stairs, then it will be more challenging. It also depends on the type of dryer you have, as a gas dryer is more complicated to disconnect than an electric dryer. The difficulty of the task also depends on whether you’re easily wheeling the washer and dryer up a moving truck’s loading ramp or lifting them yourself.
Professional movers use dedicated packing materials like specialty boxes for artwork, TVs, clothes and other things that need to be moved with care. If professional movers are packing for you, they use foam, bubble wrap, and other cushioning for the journey. You can ask questions about how movers will handle specific items when you are getting a price estimate.
Most hardware stores or shipping centers have mirror boxes and moving supplies. You can find most of what you need online, but if you’re still having trouble, contact your movers or moving truck rental company. They may sell boxes and packing supplies, too.
Some companies offer supplies like dollies and furniture pads for an additional fee. Confirm availability when renting.
