We offer licensed, bonded and insured plumbing and gas installer/repair services with 20+ years experience in every phase of construction. We know how a home/building/structure is woven together. This allows us to understand cause and effect within the plumbing system. We are human which allows us to understand the possibility of human error possibly affecting a system. Work can be done by the job, by the hour, by the opening(new construction) or time plus material basis. Payment can be cash, check (with bank approval) or credit card with proper notice before work is started. I will be glad to offer sub-contracting for qualified contractors. My partner and I are the only two people that you will see working on your gutters unless we need help hanging a longer than normal gutter. We fill that we as the owners will do a better job than anybody we could hire because we own the company. I'm sorry but we only accept cash or check. We can meet with insurance adjusters if needed. Thanks

Drain Pipe Installation questions, answered by experts

Schedule regular inspections, fix minor issues promptly, and ensure proper drainage.

If you plan to be away from home and aren’t using your heat, you should still set your thermostat to at least 55 degrees Fahrenheit to keep pipes from freezing. That way, you won’t return home to water damage from burst pipes and can avoid an expensive, messy repair.

To avoid a major drainage pipe issue, it’s best to inspect your pipes a few times a year for signs of wear and tear. Some telltale signs that you need to replace your drainage pipes include:

  • Leaks

  • Rust

  • Musty smells

  • Mold or mildew on walls

  • Moisture stains on walls or ceilings

  • Flaking or discolored pipes

  • Frequent clogs or backups

Some of the problems with in-wall toilets include the complex installation, which might need extra framing. It is also more difficult to access the toilet tank for maintenance or troubleshooting because it’s behind the flush button panel and in the wall. Over time, you’ll spend more on maintenance because you’ll need a plumber to work on hidden plumbing.

To keep your plumbing vents from freezing, start by insulating your pipes with foam or fiberglass sleeves to help maintain their temperature. For an extra layer of security, use heat tape, which acts as a personal heater to keep your pipes warm even when temperatures drop. Additionally, you should regularly check your vent cap to make sure it’s free from leaves and debris that can block the airflow. A clean, unobstructed vent cap is crucial for maintaining proper ventilation that will keep your plumbing vents from freezing and the plumbing system running smoothly.
