One of the back windows has parts missing. The screens droop and will not stay in place. They nailed some of the trim and tried to cover with caulking. They have been slow to respond to their problems with quality control.  We request that they take care of these problems.  They advertise a life time warranty but need to do the job right the first time.

Update:  

Argon gas has leaked out of windows and we have condensation, so there is moisture between the windows.  The windows are not efficient, the house is cold even with the heat blowing constantly.  The picture window is crooked by about three inches.  They cleaned the inside of the window with solvent and now there are scratches all over, and they are hard to open.  They knocked some bricks off the side of the house and filled it with caulk.  Also made a hole in our Formica countertop with their tools.  We want to sell our house but we haven't even been able to show it like this.  Our house is freezing.  We've been dealing with this for 16 months.  They left shattered glass and other messes on the floor.  We had to use painters tape just to keep the air from leaking through, but nothing works.  We would be better off just leaving our old windows in, at least it would be warmer.  



Go to any other company!  Do not use this company!  Totally a rip-off company.

They arrived on the day as planned. They completed the work in one day. They cleaned up as they went along and left nothing for us to clean up. I am so happy with the windows, they look great. the workers were very good, they were polite and worked hard all day long to complete the work in one day. There was nothing left for me to do when they left, just admire my new windows. Very pleased with this company. would use them again.

Window World replaced all the windows in my home with energy efficient windows. They were fantastic! The installers came and did the job in one day. They worked tirelessly until they were completely finished and made sure I was satisfied. Not only is our house cooler, the noise reductions is amazing.
