"Great work. Attention to detail, great quality work, didn't miss a thing. Listened to my questions and let me know exactly what they were going to do. Painted all the little detail on my lattice attached to deck. Professional, courteous, punctual (actually they were early!), and stayed until the job was 100% complete. Of course I would hire them again - and I did. They came back two weeks later for another project - to install 2 new entry doors - and with my old house there were challenges, and they met them. Couldn't be happier, (unless they did the work for free!)."

"It's been a process, just because we needed so much work done, but Fred Zykan (owner) has been a pleasure to work with. He is dependable and accessible. He doesn't ask for money in advance, just when the job is done to satisfaction. He has hard working, knowledgeable laborers working for him and we have been very happy with everything that has been accomplished so far. All we have left is the decking, and I am sure that will turn out great as well. It's been a pleasure working with this Company and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again."

"Christian came by and surveyed the loose shingles and gave us a quote. We called him and we set up a time he would be back in a couple of days. He came by but the color of the shingles didn't match so he came back by a few days later after we realized that our shingles were still on the roof. Christian came back and re-installed our shingles while we were gone and didn't charge us. Wow, were were surprised with that kind of service! We are sending him a gift card for his job! i was just so grateful! We don't see this kind of kindness very often and we want him to know just how much we appreciated this! We will definitely recommend SOUTHERN GRACE EXTERIORS to any of our friends or neighbors in the future and we will definitely use them again ourselves.

"We used The Paint Company recently to paint the entire interior of our home, to replace all baseboards and to add crown molding. They did an excellent job and our home looks great! The crew did a wonderful job; they kept the mess to a minimum and completed the job in a timely manner.
