With our house that was a daily occurrence. With everything that was done the house is able to keep the heat or cold regulated. When you touch the wall you feel a neutral temperature, the cold or heat does not seep through the walls like it used to.The house is also more sound proof to outside noises i.e wind, rain, barking dogs, people working in the yard (mowing their lawn) early in the morning. Overall the house maintains its temperature making it a comfortable living environment.We love the Pella windows that were installed and plan to replace all windows in our house eventually. John Adams came out to give me an estimate on a roof replacement and repair. He showed up on time and on the day that he promised. He gave me the actual estimate during his visit and walked me through the materials that they would use, how long the work would take and when he was available to do the work.

This was the highest estimate but I would have used them "hands down" if I wasn't going to sell my house. If this was going to be my forever home I wouldn't use anyone but Southern Grace Exteriors to do the roof replacement/repairs.
