SIDING COMPLETE REPLACEMENT with JAMES HARDIE, NEW GUTTERS, now awaiting new DECK RAILING. 2400 sq ft house. 40 ft covered deck. 2 story, 32 ft high. Attached 3 car garage. Their name says it all. QUALITY. From the beginning to the end everyone was always focused on making sure I was satisfied. Denis came up with a great color scheme for the full house siding replacement. Showed us several rendering options. Changed our mind a couple of times and it was not a problem. Came back to our house to make sure the colors matched as I requested. Max kept me informed about timelines and supplies, always checking to make sure I was happy and following up on everything. But, what I was so HAPPY, SATISFIED AND IMPRESSED was the installation crew. Igor and the crew were awesome. Didn't unnecessarily rush the job or drag their feet. They knew what they were doing, demonstrating their skill and experience. The meticulous attention to detail impressed me greatly. Fortunately for me, they discovered areas that needed replacement due to original construction flaws. They were replaced and flashing installed correctly to prevent any further water damage. Extensive joint sealing and caulking done throughout whole house. Complete replacement of any hangings and devices were performed by them. Guttering was also replaced with high quality seamless siding. The downspouts drain into my unique drainage system and the connections were designed and crafted by the installer on the spot. Great job well done. Cleanup and haul off performed immediately. So many more details I could mention. Im usually not one to write reviews, especially in detail. Im also very particular and hard to please. I just want as close as possible to perfection. I have been so throughly pleased throughout the whole process!!! I was also in the process of having another highly recommended deck railing company bid my replacement, but I canceled them and decided have the deck railing replaced by US QUALITY CONSTRUCTION.Photo of previous wood cedar siding that the woodpeckers were destroying! This team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our project. We had a few hiccups in the beginning that were swiftly taken care of. They were prompt in their responses, and quick to find a solution. It has been a long time since I have dealt with a company that put the customer first. It was so refreshing to have a company complete a project with such professionalism, hard work, and commitment to their craft with a genuine interest in our satisfaction of the job. I would highly recommend US Quality Construction. I hope to use their services again in the near future.

These wonderful man went above and beyond their job they had a tough job a lot of wood rot before they could Could start our siding, They were so professional answered questions so very friendly. They did an absolutely beautiful job. They finished my 12084 sq ft². Home in a little under 6 days I highly recommend this company. They were absolutely awesomy my house looks beautiful again. We had US Quality Construction replace the siding on our house and can't express enough how pleased we were with the service from start to finish. We also had them replace 2 new doors we had bought. They demonstrated professionalism and an impressive work ethic. Our neighbors even commented on how impressed they were with the service.

US Quality Construction did a fantastic job on our home. We had new windows, siding, soffits and guttering installed. It was a large project and was handled very well. The job site was clean each evening upon the crew leaving. The crews are very respectful of our property and more than willing to answer any questions or concerns we had. There was quite a bit of repair needed when the old siding was removed, and this was handled exactly as stated in the contract. We would absolutely hire US Quality Construction again. Could not ask for a better company.

Where to start?!! Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! I highly recommend US Quality Construction for deck project. They have earned the name "quality". From the salesman Dennis to my project manager Tim AND of course the young men who tore down my old deck and rebuilt my new one. The communication from all was stellar! Tim answered all my phone calls right away and the guys let me know they would not be coming Friday because of rain but would be back on Saturday. This huge project from start to finish was done in 6 working days. The guys were so nice and professional. They went above and beyond by removing my heaving objects for me AND putting them back on the deck after completion. I had unexpected wood rot and a rotted downspout that they took care of for me as well. I also bought some of that "paper" you put down to stop weeds and they put it down for me too! All the mess was cleaned up and they even hosed down and swept off the deck. These guys were very precise in their measurements and there were no shortcuts. I cannot rant enough about how pleased I am. Thanks you guys!! US Quality Construction rocks!

US Quality Construction's work was excellent! I highly recommend them. The work quality, communication and timeliness to get the job completed was outstanding. I will use them again in the near future.
