Hello, I am a recently retired educator and coach. I learned building trades from my father as a child and worked with him in construction for 8 years building houses from the ground up including plumbing, wiring, concrete, cabinetry, etc. from framing to finish. I have completed my own additions, remodeling, and repairs for the last 30 years. I'm a detail oriented perfectionist that enjoys working with my hands and providing a quality, reasonably priced service.

"Email communication was hit-or-miss.  Sometimes I would get an immediate response, other times weeks went by and I didn't get a response until I prompted them for an update.  The installer was polite and professional but several of the trim pieces were damaged on installation and the fit and finish is not great.  It took over a month to get the damaged parts replaced and one of the replacement parts is also damaged in the same location as the first piece.  It's not noticeable enough that it's worth taking another day off work to have it replaced again, though.  The caulk lines are not very even, the drain is not centered in the floor of the shower, and the trim piece around the shower handle is off-center as well.  I will admit that I can be fussy about these sorts of things and these may not be issues for other people but it's bothersome enough to me that I wouldn't use Re-Bath again.

"Perfect job! First time they came out they determined the problem was in the gasline encased in stonework. Recommended getting a stonemason to chip away the rock, expose the line. Lined up the stonemason and phoned Jamison to make the appointment. Owner of company told me he would personally come out at the time of the stonemason to make sure no more stone than necessary removed. He did so. After rock removed, one of Jamison's plumbers came out, replaced the gasline (obstructed w/years of corrosion) and replace the ignition switch, reassembled the burner and ignited the pit. This company has first class workers and know what they are doing! Highly recommend for complicated jobs, such as this one! Thanks!

If you need something they're willing to see if it can happen. I wanted a bath tub that faced my door when I sit back, and they made sure they had all the information needed to see if it could happen with the small space and layout. My service dog and I couldn't be happier. He can lay on the bed and keep an eye on me, and I can reassure him that I'm okay. Any questions or concerns were addressed within 24 hours, and usually in much less time. They helped walk me through financing options. Installation was quick and the team was responsive. They made sure I understood how to use my tub, where the various features were, their operation, and generally what to expect. I would recommend this company and especially these teams without hesitation."
