"Email communication was hit-or-miss. Sometimes I would get an immediate response, other times weeks went by and I didn't get a response until I prompted them for an update. The installer was polite and professional but several of the trim pieces were damaged on installation and the fit and finish is not great. It took over a month to get the damaged parts replaced and one of the replacement parts is also damaged in the same location as the first piece. It's not noticeable enough that it's worth taking another day off work to have it replaced again, though. The caulk lines are not very even, the drain is not centered in the floor of the shower, and the trim piece around the shower handle is off-center as well. I will admit that I can be fussy about these sorts of things and these may not be issues for other people but it's bothersome enough to me that I wouldn't use Re-Bath again. "
"Perfect job! First time they came out they determined the problem was in the gasline encased in stonework. Recommended getting a stonemason to chip away the rock, expose the line. Lined up the stonemason and phoned Jamison to make the appointment. Owner of company told me he would personally come out at the time of the stonemason to make sure no more stone than necessary removed. He did so. After rock removed, one of Jamison's plumbers came out, replaced the gasline (obstructed w/years of corrosion) and replace the ignition switch, reassembled the burner and ignited the pit. This company has first class workers and know what they are doing! Highly recommend for complicated jobs, such as this one! Thanks! "

"This was an experiment for me in use of an interior designer online. THe consultant was helpful in directing me to useful websites to review products and encouraged me to look widely and that was useful. Otherwise I found it difficult to use her services. The online aspect is one reason - looking at colors, e.g. wall colors and considering them for a particular space is difficult to do given than monitors and lighting change the look of things. Also, one cannot get the sense of e dimensional space from 2 dimensional tools In addition, she was only allowed to advise me on one room and I have an open space that includes living, dining and kitchen areas, all of which had to be considered together. It was frustrating that she was not allowed to think about the other spaces when I had to think about all of them together. The designer pushed me to choose a rug before choosing living room furniture but I preferred to choose the furniture first as it is more difficult to replace. She was not able to be flexible on this account. Also, when I did not seem interested in buying through their service she seemed to loose interest. It often took several days for the consultant to get back to me. That is the area where I most fault the individual as opposed to the set up of online consulting. In the end, I made my own choices and am happy with them. The experience gave me more confidence in my own instincts. "
