"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

We ask for 65% up-front for materials and set up fee for masonry projects, with the remainder balance due when project is completed to the customer's satisfaction. Our chimney cleanings are paid in full after the chimney has been cleaned. We leave an inspection report with every chimney cleaning for the homeowners insurance purposes. Dan and Danielle Randolph were able to see the vision that we had for our home and they gave creative input that made for a very unique set of custom cabinets! They operate with the utmost attention to detail--we are so pleased with the work they've done for us! Not only did they build the cabinets that we wanted, they also took on some "unfinished" projects that we needed for our new home--fixing a set of antique corbels that we wanted to use on our covered back porch, they also converted an antique fireplace mantel into a beautiful built-in book case that is in the center of our home. You’ll need to increase your budget. Since you will likely need a new outlet, factor in $120 to $200 for it. If your gas company needs to run a new gas line to your oven, expect a charge between $200 to $2,000.

The best sealant for gas pipes is usually a pipe joint compound, or pipe dope. It creates a durable, leak-proof seal that is resistant to high pressure and vibrations, and it doesn’t break down like tape can. Yellow Teflon tape, or PTFE tape, can also be a good option and is a safe and reliable sealant for gas pipes when you or a pro apply it correctly.

The easiest way to empty a propane tank is to simply use it until no propane remains. If you’re short on time and need a faster solution, transfer the propane to another tank instead. Wear leather gloves to protect your hands, then connect the hoses from both propane tanks and seal them tightly. Turn the knob to open the supply tank valve on the full tank and let it run until the pressure pushes all the propane into the other tank. When all propane is transferred, remove the hose and seal each tank.
