"Jon responded to my inquiry timely. The technician, Robert, arrived in time. He diagnosed the issue and started working. While he worked to free the dishwasher, he was careful not to damage the flooring. After the dishwasher was out, he measured the dimension of the area and went to home Depot to obtain ply wood to fit. He came back quickly with the wood fitted in place correctly. The only negative was if he had brought in tools to the home, the job could have been done more quickly. Overall, I am happy with their work and result. Will hire again if we have another home improvement need."
