299 Long story but here we go. Bought a New Washer with a warranty from Whirlpool and started getting an error message after about a month. I called Whirlpool in July 2020 and they opened a ticket with Appliance Repair Service to come take a look. The unit had power & an error message when he...
Went very well. Had to buy a new kitchen faucet but was able to use parts from old faucet to repair faucet in utiity room. Was impressed that plumber made that suggestion when he could have easily told me that I needed two new faucets.
Service guy was punctual and honest. Cost of repars was going to be 80% of cost of a new ice maker. He advised buyine a new one [they repair but don't sell the ice machine]. He also suggested a trusted brfand name. He was very helpful and did not push a major repair bill.
