"Big shout out to Dil and Cruise for doing a splendid job . They were very courteous, patient enough to listen to my concerns and very friendly. "Lance did foundation repair consisting of adding a deadman anchor system along one of our poured concrete foundation walls. Lance was right on time to provide the initial quote, provided the quote that day and was competitively priced. He was able to schedule us within 1 week and completed all of the work ahead of time, which was amazing. We were very happy with the quality of work. Also, Lance cleaned and swept up everything in the basement after he was done. Lance checked with us several times to make sure we were happy with the quality of work. Lance is easy to work with, arrived on time and works very hard. We would definitely work with Lance again."

"Olshan is a great company. Alejandro and his crew did an excellent job in repairing our foundation and getting the chimney back against the side of the house like it used to be before the foundation shifted. Expensive, yes, but quality work usually is AND worth it!! My hat is off to Alejandro and his crew. They were very careful to put down paper so as not to track mud into our home. They were very careful so as not to disturb the cable wires running along the foundation. These guys were just great, Thank you."
