"I have had nothing but perfect experiences with Missouri Furnace and Air Conditioning. They installed my boiler heater furnace in 2006 and my air conditioning unit in 2009, and I have used them ever since for the maintenance and service on both. Their customer service personnel are so nice and they get your service call scheduled very promptly. If there is any sort of emergency they will arrange to get a technician to your house the same day if at all possible. The knowledge and expertise of the service technicians is top of the line, and the technicians are always willing to fully explain the work that they are doing in terms that I can understand. "Academy now Morrison Air is the worst! We have had a service contract that supports annual checks on AC and Heating. We had a scheduled check on our heater on 10/27/25 and on that day they called to state they had to cancel and reschedule for JANUARY 2026. On December 3rd our heater went out and they came to service it the next day. It was stated there was a blockage and it was an easy fix. In addition, it was recommended that we have our gas company check things out which we were able to have completed later that day. During the night of the 4th (less than 24hrs later) our heater went out again. We called to ask for service and we was told it would be 3 DAYS LATER! We found another company to come out and take a look instead of waiting 3DAYS. It was stated that the blockage that was reported to be fixed by Academy was not fixed and the new technician showed us the blockage. When I called to ask for a refund I was denied. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"

"I hired STL Windows and Doors to replace 28 storm windows on my home because they were highly rated. I was told that the windows would be fully custom to fit my existing custom interior windows, however, the storm windows I received are not custom and do not line up with my existing interior windows (see photos below). Honestly, I just wanted this fixed as it degrades the look of our home and is not what I ordered. What the company will tell you: 1. They tried to remedy the situation, but the company they use is no longer making storm windows so there is nothing they can do. 2. They apologize if the windows are not aesthetically pleasing or do not meet my expectations (disregarding the fact that they are not what I ordered). 3. They pride themselves on customer service, their reputation, and their customer’s satisfaction. What I will tell you: 1. When I alerted them to the issue, they said, “It is what it is.” They also told me that the storm windows only came in a 50/50 split(and not custom). I contacted the supplier myself and confirmed that the windows are available to order in custom sizes. When I told the company this, they said that they had reached out to the supplier and since they were no longer making storm windows, there was nothing they could do. I asked if there were other solutions, such as contacting another supplier, but I never received an answer to that. They also claim that I didn't tell them of the issue until the job was complete, but I told the installer (who happens to be the owner's sister) at the beginning of day two and her fiancé (the salesman) came out at the beginning of day three to see what the issue was. The job was not completed until the end of day three. I did not correspond with the owner until I filed complaints and contacted a lawyer. 2. "Apologies" aside, I must now pay another company considerably more money to fix the issue caused by STL Windows and Doors. 3. Their actions do not align with priding themselves on customer service. To outline a few of the particulars (without going into too much detail): they’ve blamed the original salesperson who no longer works for the company, they lied about the windows not being available in custom sizes, they then blamed me after I found out that they are available in custom sizes, a window was installed broken and has not been fixed. Please SHARE this with family and friends to help them avoid losing money to false promises. Thankyou!"
