"What an incredible job done by Erskine. The project was actually to remove a wall between our kitchen and dining room. Not a small job. What a fantastic job he did, start to finish. I knew that I wanted to open up the wall, but had no idea how to go about it or what it would look like. Erskine had a vision when we first talked about it, and it turned out better than he had described. He was eager to incorporate any suggestions I had into the project. The final cost was almost right on the money that he quoted. He was very methodical and precise in his work, paying close attention to detail. "First the salesman lied about the windows. I called Champion about outside noise. the salesman Mike came to my house and I took him to 3 rooms and he heard the outside noise when standing in front of the windows. I had triple pane windows he said that the windows were not good and that with Champion windows I would barely hear any noise. I had 2 windows side by side and he said that if I get a slider that it would also reduce the noise. He gave me a price of over $5,000.00 for three windows. I said that if the windows would reduce the noise to that level then put them in. After the windows were installed the noise level was worst that before the windows were installed. I have been trying to get my money back since January 2024 it is now December 2024. They keep saying that they are sorry about this but they have not gave me my money back. I am a senior citizen and do not have money to give this company and not get what was promised . Do not do buy windows from this company."
