"Tom had fantastic turnaround on coming out to give us an estimate and then scheduling service. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate our job because of the grass-growing season coming to an end. The quote he sent was specific and itemized so that we could see what we were paying for. Tom's crew showed up the morning they were expected and worked efficiently and professionally. They took the time to remove old tree stumps and dead plants as well as some fence materials that were left behind by the previous owners. Tom oversaw the work at various points throughout the day, pitched in, and checked his workers' work. He also gave me helpful advice on how to give our grass the best conditions for germination and growth as we move into next spring and offered to come back and winterize our lawn later in the season. "Scheduling was great, an appointment was made immediately and the contractor arrived on the day scheduled. After that problems started. The contractor mowed my lawn while raining and I had piles of wet grass left on my lawn. When the grass dried I had a big mess. The dead grass also killed areas of my lawn. I contacted customer service, forward photos and they rectified that problem by sending someone out to recut my lawn. I was willing to give them another chance. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. The day I was due to have lawn mowed I received an email that it had been reschedule for the next day. The next day no one showed nor did I receive a call nor email at which point I terminated services. This is not a reliable business."

"I called Mr. Rooter because I had called another Plumbing company to come out the night before and they were a no show. They were extremely friendly over the phone. I called at approx 8AM and said they'd be able to come out by 11AM. They called at about 9:30 to say someone was available to come out now and I said that was perfect. They arrived at 10AM.
Jason was the plumber who arrived and he was very very friendly and professional. I told him the problem and we discussed pricing up front. I had a coupon which he said they would definitely honor. He immediately got to work. He wore footies over his shoes while in the house. He worked diligently and answered all of my questions. After about an hour and being certain the line was clear he cleaned up, we took care of payment which was exactly what was discussed beforehand, and he was on his way.
A very pleasant and hassle free experience. I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for the Franklin County area again for any plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work.
