"The Handy Helper crew arrived on time, a paper copy of the cleaning list was provided to them, and we left them to work at their own pace.  We returned after several hours and we were very, very pleased with what we found.
Everything on our list was completed.  The space looks practically brand new.  They swept out the garage and the furnace/water heater closet.  They did a fantastic job with the kitchen appliances, cleaned the ceiling fan blades, and the bathrooms were spotless.  They vacuumed, scrubbed the floors, and cleaned all bathroom and kitchen cabinets.  They dusted the baseboards and vents.
I should have had them clean the carpets, but I had already scheduled a carpet cleaning with another service, and they will do that in a couple days.  We were very pleased with the work that was done, and feel like it was worth every penny.  We could not have done this ourselves in the same amount of time.

"The furnace took 4 days to get approved( not counting a Sunday) the others were quick but the water heater had to be ordered so without hot water for a week. One ceiling fan was easy but within a year their policy changed and They would not install the one I purchased and had to get a new one approved and then ordered online and took several weeks to get straightened out. Not sure who was at fault, AHS, installer or scheduling with renter. Fee is usually $75 per visit"
