"Working with Kevin and his team was extremely easy. I typically dread working with contractors because I never know if I will get quality OR professionalism. I will say that Castle was a little higher than the other bids I received, however, I could tell from the moment I met Kevin that the extra cost would be worth it. He and his team were in constant communication with me throughout the entire build. They worked with pace but never cut corners along the way. Kevin would even send me pictures with updates while I was out on vacation. There are always unforeseen issues that tend to come up with large builds and it can be frustrating for the homeowner. Any concerns were outlined by Kevin on the front end and it made for less of a blow when these things came up (i.e. possible damage to my irrigation system due to digging the foundation). Once again not a big deal but I appreciated the heads up. I have held multiple parties and family gatherings in the past 2 months since the patio has been completed and I get so many compliments. I bet I have passed Kevin’s contact info off to a dozen people at this point. I highly recommend this company for your next big concrete project."
