"Pleased w/ the crack repair and installation of French drain, however; for the re-routing of the down spouts clean up/site leveling could have done a little better to make the ground where the PVC pipe was laid a little more even vs a mound.  Upon final inspection when I asked the foreman why the ground was not level, he stated the guys that did the job left w/ the tamper.  I leveled the ground myself.
