"I had explained what I had needed and she understood that I needed a deep clean. We walked the house and I showed her room by room. It just was not what I considered a deep clean for $170.00. I just told her that we were going to hold off do to money issues. But between she is up there in age and I believe a deep clean would be to much for her. I will not hire her again. "These ladies were fantastic! They did more than even requested of them. They cleaned windows and blinds. They wiped down kitchen cabinet doors. They even took artificial plants outdoors and washed them. They dusted the house like never before! My husband will be extremely surprised and happy that they cleaned his bathroom, too! These ladies will be cleaning my house for a long time, every other week. I am already after one cleaning, thankful for them!!!!! I recommend them highly, highly!"

"Had conversation w/ Dallas (nice lady) about wood fence cleaning- Said power washing if no previous paint or stain; power strip if there was. My 4yr old cedar fence no previous pain or stain- so based on description, I opted for power wash. Results- when dried, fence still gray- even tho stressed up front wanted tan cedar color returned. Called Dallas, they sent Tyler out- fence looks GREAT now! Thanks Moore Exteriors for making it right :<)"

"NIsha did a good job cleaning and it was rare that I had to make corrections; however, there were several times where my payments were misapplied or confused with one time receiving a threat to quit after my payment had actually been received. I had been charged several times for a ;cleaning; that we were actually at our condo and did a deep cleaning and I had to provide camera pictures that her crew in fact did not clean and were only in my condo for less than 5 minutes. Whoever does her billing does not send it every month and I just came to terms that I needed to calculate the charges myself and mail a check with the dates on the check that it was covering. Out of the blue, I receive a generic email telling me that they would no longer clean our condo. Because there was not an explanation, I inquired why this decision was made and did not receive a response. I hope that it is not due to bad health or tragedy but would have appreciated a professional response."
