"Extremely well! Pete, Jordan, Dave and crew turned a '90's contemporary house on the lake, into a current, rustic lake house that has received many favorable compliments. In fact, my neighbors liked the results so well, they have entered into contract with Greater Ozarks Exteriors (GOE) for work on their home. They were very knowledgeable on new products and provided facts/information, so we could make informed decisions; saving us money without sacrificing quality. The only issue was time-line creep, due to availability of materials, which was uncontrollable. We could not be more pleased. Great experience! Highly recommend GOE."

Hiring an insulation pro and using batt insulation for the bulk of the materials will provide the best results for the least amount of money.

It’s usually a good idea to use a metal primer before painting a metal garage door, and, even if you do, you’ll need a paint that’s specifically designed to coat metal for the best results. It’s a bit more expensive to prime your door before painting, but it’s usually worthwhile, as the paint will last longer.

If you plan on heating your garage, you must install a vapor barrier when drywalling the garage. A vapor barrier protects your garage from frost and mold that can occur through condensation. If your garage is unheated, you don't need to install a vapor barrier. The only exception is if you regularly crank the heat in your car before getting in it. In this case, you may still want to install a vapor barrier, as your car can heat your garage.
