"Josh was very friendly and accommodating from the very beginning. We had a collaborative process while making design decisions both in the planning phase and during construction. Once Josh and Frank got started, they were friendly, efficient, and tidy (as can be). We were satisfied with the final product. There were a few small things that popped up after the project was complete but Josh responded quickly to get everything fixed up again. We were going to hire them for a kitchen project but are moving instead and didn’t have the chance."

"I meant to write a review right after Randy did some work for me in March of 2025, but got derailed by a family crisis. Randy was flexible and understanding of my hectic schedule when I made an appointment for the bid. The day he arrived to do the job, he was on time and well prepared. He gave me great advice on the best options to suit my budget and needs. He worked efficiently and cleaned up the mess as he went along. Randy kept true to the time and cost on his bid. There was one small hiccup. He didn’t replace the attic access panel (because I asked him to look at some other things) but I didn’t notice until after he left. I tried but couldn’t move it. He was halfway home when I called him but he came back and took care of the panel. He offered to adjust the price or give a discount for future services. That’s how true professionals handle problems! Own it, fix it, & make it right."

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

The number of gallons in your pool will determine how much chlorine you’ll need to add to your pool for the first time. Chlorine levels should fall between 1 and 3 ppm. It's crucial to read the instructions on your chlorine packet to determine the number of tablets to put in the water based on your pool's capacity.

You should always run your pool pump in freezing weather to keep the water moving. Doing so prevents the pool water from freezing and protects your pool from the damage that often comes along with frozen water. You should also run your pool pump when temperatures are approaching freezing, as a precaution. There’s no need to run a pool heater during the winter, as keeping water moving is generally enough to keep it from freezing.

Your contractor will need several days to several weeks as far as a timeline to install your semi-inground pool goes. Adapting an aboveground pool to be semi-inground by excavating and partially burying the liner, for example, will only take three to five days, while installing an in-ground pool with a poured concrete liner and building up the land around it will require several weeks. Keep in mind that the process of hiring a pool contractor and applying for permits can add several additional weeks to the total timeline.

Yes, swimming in a pool with high calcium hardness is considered safe as long as you have sufficient chlorine and pH levels to keep bacteria growth under control. The main issue with high calcium hardness is that it damages your pool through rust and corrosion. However, if your water is hard enough to corrode your pool, you might want to consider finding methods to make it safe for drinking at home.

The process involves designing the pool, obtaining necessary permits, excavating, installing plumbing and electrical components, configuring the pool's structure and lining, and finally completing landscaping and decking for integrated aesthetics.
