There was one small hiccup. He didn’t replace the attic access panel (because I asked him to look at some other things) but I didn’t notice until after he left. I tried but couldn’t move it. He was halfway home when I called him but he came back and took care of the panel. He offered to adjust the price or give a discount for future services. That’s how true professionals handle problems! Own it, fix it, & make it right."
