"Ethan is a hard-working young man who takes great pride in his product. I needed to get some insulation put in my wife's she-shed. I spoke to Ethan on a Thursday afternoon and let him know we would be traveling for two weeks starting the following Tuesday. Ethan came to our house on a Sunday afternoon to take care of us. He did great prep work, covering our windows and doors. He sealed all the small cracks around our metal sides, the windows and doors before he sprayed the closed-cell insulation. He completed the entire job in under three hours, to include a thorough clean up. We were having problems with insects getting into the shed, especially hornets before we hired Ethan. With our house that was a daily occurrence. With everything that was done the house is able to keep the heat or cold regulated. When you touch the wall you feel a neutral temperature, the cold or heat does not seep through the walls like it used to.The house is also more sound proof to outside noises i.e wind, rain, barking dogs, people working in the yard (mowing their lawn) early in the morning. Overall the house maintains its temperature making it a comfortable living environment.We love the Pella windows that were installed and plan to replace all windows in our house eventually. "Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed.
