Our customer-first approach has been at core of Indoor Comfort Team® business model since we first began servicing customers in the St. Louis, St. Charles and the Metro East areas with professional air conditioning as well as heating services back in 1979. Customer-first means honesty and integrity are the foundation of everything we do. Trust, knowledge and competitive pricing have made us one of the most respected and trusted home services companies. But the fact is, we owe our success to our great customers and dedicated team who provide dependable service. Our team is proud to serve our customers.

"Indoor Comfort Team installed my HVAC system in 2019 and I have continued to use them for my regular fall and spring servicing. They consistently do an outstanding job. I had my most recent service done today, and the technician, Sabrina McIntyre, was no exception. She was prompt and efficient and carefully explained everything she checked. I was highly satisfied with her work. "

40 years of experience

As a family owned Christian business since 1985 we have worked hard to build a solid reputation doing primarily roof repairs, tuck-pointing, skylights, flashing repair, basic roof maintience and inspections, gutter cleaning and gutter guards. I do the majority of work myself with my son and we never sub-contract. I have 40 years of experience and work is usually completed in one day. We take the time to show you exactly what we did by taking pictures of the entire process so that you know exactly what was done. Your satisfaction is our only concern.

"He did a good job, he was excellent, he was very nice, he came on time and he sent pictures."

"The work was substandard at best. I was deceived on the work that would be performed. I was told at the time of sales that the wood siding I had would be cut back and replaced with similar material. It was not. It was replaced with what appears to be a type of trim. I had originally called in because I wanted my house painted. They then only painted the siding and told me the trim would be extra after they had already started the job. At this point I felt like I was being held hostage to their demands. Since they had already started the job they would do what would normally cost over $2000 for around $1600. I elected not to have this additional work performed. I would have NEVER had them do any work had I known this from the beginning. There is caulk everywhere. Nothing was taped or masked. The paint lines are not straight or even. Sometimes they would paint the side of the trim the same color as the siding. In other places they wouldn't. They washed out their brushes with my house in my yard. One night they left the hose on. I asked them not to wash their brushes in my grass and one of them was rude about it. Do not recommend. The owner offered me $200 off for my troubles. I just wanted the job done right. This isn't it. A month later and I'm still waiting for them to come and touch up spots where they set their ladder against the wet paint and you can see marks on the siding because of it."

"The team removed the old asbestos duct and tape from my basement while I was at work. Everything was cleaned up and taken care of. They did end up removing a metal duct that wasn't part of the original agreement which made the replacement job more expensive with the HVAC company hired, but all in all a good experience and I would use them again."

From winter's chill through the dog days of summer, our primary goal at Classic Aire Care, Inc. is to keep your home comfortable for you and your family. But, that's just the beginning. We also offer you peace of mind, ensuring your equipment operates safely. We help you save money on your fuel bills. And, we help deliver relief to those with Allergiesand many others concerned with the Quality of the Air they breathe.

"I purchased a new AC unit last summer. When firing it up last month, the motor was dead and required a replacement. The motor had to be ordered, and I was told they would cover the cost of the motor (I should hope so), but I'd have to pay for the installation. I feel that, when purchasing a piece of equipment that expensive, one expects both the vendor and manufacturer to fully stand behind their products. Obviously, they did not. I tried to call the service manager to discuss this, but had to leave a message since he wasn't available. No return call. When the repair person came out to do the installation, I also asked him to have the service manager call. Again, no follow through. CAC also schedules for full day windows. For many households, that is simply not manageable. We have jobs, and I think the CAC policy is simply indicative that they are taking their customers' needs seriously. I have no complaints about the service technician that did the repair"

Insulation questions, answered by experts

The benefits of insulating your pipes include preventing freezing, sweating, and condensation. In addition, insulating your pipes can make your home more energy-efficient by keeping your pipes from losing or gaining heat. You’ll be able to turn the temperature of your water heater down by two to four degrees Fahrenheit. According to the U.S. Department of Energy, this can reduce energy costs by 3% to 4% per year.

Yes, products made from renewable resources and with reduced chemical impacts.

One of the biggest disadvantages of glass garage doors is that they are not the best at insulating your garage. In the summer, heat can enter through the glass, while in the winter, heat can escape through the glass, increasing your electricity and gas bills as you crank up your HVAC unit. You can help mitigate the poorer insulation by investing in insulated glass and insulating your garage.

Winterizing your outdoor plumbing keeps your outdoor spigot from freezing and potentially bursting. This includes draining residual water out of the pipe and spigot after turning the valve off, then removing garden hoses and other attachments from the spigot before winter comes. Insulating the pipe that leads to the spigot and installing a freeze-proof faucet also help, as does installing an outdoor faucet protector.

A radiant barrier is worth the money if you live in a hot, sunny climate. Over time, you should be able to recoup your investment through lower energy bills. Though it can vary depending on where you live and the type of barrier you choose, you might be able to reduce your electric bill by as much as 5% to 10% after installing a radiant barrier.
