ADR lives up to the promises they make to customers by working very well together as a close team. It shows in efficiency, effort, and personal commitment to customers. We always knew what to expect and when it would happen. ADR outbid by far the competition, while still offering high quality material, upgrades, and first-rate service. Our roof is guaranteed for thirty years and ADR follows up with annual inspections for five years. Joshua, our marketing consultant was a blessing, guiding us through the process. Andrew the overseer was totally accessible and ever smiling. We would be remiss not to give a shout out to ADR's amazing work crews. They worked from dawn until dark one mild winter day to finish before a snow storm. Very dedicated. They did the finish work the following week by repairing an area of siding on the garage, installing a flat roof on the porch, and even repainting and reinstalling our old weathervane.
