"The owner of the came first to my house to determine the scope of the work I wanted performed. His employee, a journeyman, came the next day and checked the electric panels and all the outlets in the house to ensure they were in good working order, grounded when appropriate, etc. He installed two additional CFIs, replaced the electric sockets in two places and an old switch, and also replaced an outdoors outlet (adding a weatherproof cover). In addition, he installed a new ceiling fan/lights when it was determined my old one was going out. He did not pressure me to do anything, and explained fully what he was doing, asking me for guidance throughout on how I wished to proceed. Though he was a swift worker, he was here for a good part of the day. He was friendly and polite. I would hire this small company again."

Time and accessible whenever we needed him. He was also very clear with his plan and kept our vision as his own. "One Contracting did my complete job for an in ground pool install. They dug my pool, installed plumbing for the bathroom, and laid a large concrete patio around the pool. Easy to work with and allowed me to make changes/additions along the way and did a great job."
