They even went above-and-beyond and provided amazing customer service, when I mistakenly thought that they had failed to repair the leak. (They absolutely didn’t fail! Rather, there was a little residual water inside the wall which I later heard drip, and I was just being paranoid.) Even when I wrongly suggested that they had failed to repair the leak, they were incredibly professional and respectful, and very quickly returned to reassess. I met with Mike and he gave me an estimate and an approximate install date that was just a few weeks away. Their schedule had an opening and was on site the next day to begin the repair.
