Hello my name is Ethan, I started Baker Solutions because I have noticed a need for creative problem solving in our market (and nearly everywhere else it seems) and I am up to the opportunity of meeting that demand. For Homeowners who need handyman work done reliably and without the cost of a long wait, Landowners needing repairs or management on property infrastructure, Contractors wanting the extra help for a specific problem, and for anyone who has had a bad experience with a project half finished and just doesn’t want to think about it anymore... We are looking for you! We have years of combined skills, experience, and tools; and for the unique problems that are outside of us, we will find you a trusted team with those skills and see you through. Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
He came late with his brother they started to paint and they took a lot of breaks sitting in the truck he never contacted me to come out to take a look at it when I came out he missed so much on my deck before that he came and tried to replace my planks which I have two planks out there that are should have been torn up he said that doesn't matter the job that he did was not completed I went out I took a look around the deck and there was a lot of spots that were missing also on top there was brown specks that was missing I told him about it and he said to me that he does not have the time to come out then he said to me he was going to delete me from his account job is not finished job is not done I want a total refund I will be sending information and pictures

"We have worked with this customer several times with no issues at all and it had been an enjoyable experience, several weeks after completing the most recent project i was contacted by the customer and she mentioned some missed paint areas on the deck we had painted (a small part of a bigger project) for her. I asked for photos and assured that we would set an appointment and touch up anything we had missed free of charge, after multiple scheduling failures and no photos i asked for photos again through text and was left on "Read" for several weeks with no response. Then on Nov 12th i received another disgruntled text, at that point i informed her that if i could receive photos of the problem areas within a week that we would come out free of charge and remedy them and that our business would be concluded indefinitely at that point... Her response was "So sorry to hear about that but i will get a confident person that will do a better job good luck goodbye"."

Ethen promised a 5-man crew but never supplied more than 4. Most times it was only 2. After committing to my job, He would take days off to complete other projects with little notice. We agreed on a T & M project. He would overcharge for his hours He charged me for his lunch time and took 45 minutes to two hours for lunch. I adjusted his invoice to hours worked substantiated by a security camera. He quit without notice and left the project half completed. I had to hire a different company to complete the project. He was way over his head. I would not recommend him for larger projects. The project was a timber frame home with concrete logs.

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Had subfloor around the toilet in master bath replaced. Also had tile removed and replaced with vinyl floating floor. Estimate and work was done in a timely manner. Cost was very reasonable. Communication was great except for color choice on the flooring when the preferred color was not available. Would have been willing to pay a little more to get the right color. Being that this is a rental not a deal breaker. Overall, would recommend and use again.
