"Will was punctual with his estimate and very sociable. Made me feel comfortable with his plan and his capabilities.  The job got started on the date he told me he'd start.  Once he began, he kept me informed of the what would happen next, when we'd be without flowing water (not long), when the old pipes would be hauled away by his subcontractor, etc.  Since I was doing some of the finish work in rehabbing a bathroom at the same time, Will gave me pointers and offered to do some of the trickier work - at a very fair price, too.  
Overall, it was a breeze, mostly because the guy doing the work communicated and did the work he said when he told me he'd do it.  Is that not outrageously unexpected these days?  I'd have him back any time for plumbing work.  And I've recommended him to some other neighbors, too.
