They seemed very attentive but when told we would be getting quotes from other contractors as well as seeing how it all came out compared to the insurance adjusters estimate, I received a text informing they wouldn't be proceeding with the quote. Perhaps they are much higher and thats why they assumed we wouldn't hire them (although in the end, it was just them and one other contractor but they made the decision for us, I guess.) I just figured I'd look around for the best contractor with the best estimate. I can't tell you how their work would have been. Who knows, since they didn't like knowing we'd compare them."
