I had expected that the chains would need to be replaced, but instead Al secured the upper part of the windows (which we never open) and adjusted the lower so that they opened and closed easily. The work was promptly and neatly done and, because the job turned out to be simpler than expected, was less expensive.

"The crew worked diligently to removed all existing mortar and replaced it with architectural grade mortar in areas specified in the contract. The aluminum wraps around several windows got dinged but Andre had those replaced. The company offered to wrap an unwrapped  window at no cost to us, which we accepted. The porch surface was reworked after we expressed some disappointment about its appearance. When there was a question of whether the building had been water proofed, Andre's owner had his crew return and  recoat it for good measure. In every instance, Andre Tuckpointing responded promptly to our questions or concerns about the work as it was being done. We chose Andre because of their commitment to high standands in completing the work and know that the tuckpointing work will stand the test of time.

Nikki arrived right on time and was very polite and courteous. She provided all of her own cleaning supplies including vacuum cleaner and she asked questions to better understand what it was that we were needing from her services. In a little less than 3 hours, she had performed a thorough cleaning of our entire home, including all 3 floors (upstairs, TV room downstairs and the main level). Her attention to detail is exquisite! Our kitchen sink is still shining to this day! We accidently left our toaster on the counter and I think it had honestly been cleaned once the entire time we've had it, but to our surprise Nikki had it looking brand new. We did not expect her to clean our toaster at all, so we were just shocked to see it like that when we came into the kitchen. She wiped all of our baseboards and vacuumed every step (just some of my favorite details of which she went above and beyond), not to mention cleaning between the oven glass and even the laundry room! It was wonderful! 

Originally, we were only looking for a one time clean before the holidays but Nikki did such an extraordinary job that we have hired her full time for a bi-weekly, full-service clean of our home. She is that good and we highly recommend her services!
