When I was initially trying to schedule, he was I'm on a roof or I'm doing this right now. Can you call me back? Instead of making it a point for him to call me. I think that would be my only complaint. He was on time so no issues there."

He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
