Hired Willy Locklear & coworker from Willy's Property and Lawn Care to repair a plumbing issue, which turned out to be a sewer issue. They assured me they were professionals and promised they would complete all repairs. They worked hard initially, but the day I paid them, they quit working....
They did wonderful. Alabama Power was a little hard to deal with, but they arranged everything. Pretty good communication. I thought they were a little pricey, even with the coupon. They made the repairs and the power was back on in less than two hours.
JOHNS ELECTRIC INCHis crew came in and had to completely repaired a room that had termite damage. This included demolishing all of the floor, sub floor, floor joist and seal plate. Then they went in and installed a vapor barrier on the ground and started replacing all the materials that had been taken out....
Really appreciated the professional customer service. Mike told me about a product called NP1 that is best for sealing up leaks. Showed me what to do to try and fix the leak before they would have to come and repair it. Gave me an estimate for the repair if fixing it myself does not work.

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
