"The under boards of my carport were in need of replacement. Yarbro arrived to look at and then give an estimate. A start time was agreed upon. The work began. Work had been performed by an area roofer. Unfortunately, when John got into the tear-off, he noticed some errors. The previous work had to be completely torn out. John fixed the problem and I was quite happy with the outcome. The damaged plywood was totally replaced. New fascia was then put in place. To finish the job, Yarbro painted the plywood, sky blue. "Siding Repair Systems does an excellent job in everything they do. If something was seen that was a problem they brought it to our attention so it could be rectified by the next day. With our house that was a daily occurrence. With everything that was done the house is able to keep the heat or cold regulated. When you touch the wall you feel a neutral temperature, the cold or heat does not seep through the walls like it used to.The house is also more sound proof to outside noises i.e wind, rain, barking dogs, people working in the yard (mowing their lawn) early in the morning. "This repair went well. I am very satisfied with  Southern Grace Exteriors. The worker was a consummate professional. This was a two-day repair. On the first day, he gave me a call prior to the appointed time to remind me that he was on his way. He showed not long before the appointed time, gathered details about my concern, and went right to work. After examining the problem area, he provided me with the details about what was causing the leak. He show me pictures of the damage up close and informed me what it was I was seeing. Any questions I had were answered in a polite and professional manner. He rescheduled for another day to make the repairs. Again, he showed slightly before the appointment time and took care of business. He was actually done making the repairs much more quickly than I anticipated. He took up close pictures of the finished product and shared them with me. Though he could have milked me for additional payment, he did not.
